Worldwide Returns & Refund Policy

We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, allowing for reasonable inspection of its features and functionality. Please also provide your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

To request a return, contact us at elvyro.store@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

We will review your request and provide the return instructions, including the return address. Do not send any item back without contacting us first.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or different from the product description.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer-protection laws. Your legal rights regarding defective or non-conforming products are not limited by this 15-day return policy.

Non-returnable items

Returns may be excluded only where legally permitted, including certain personalised products or sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after being unsealed.

Sale items are not automatically excluded from returns.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or variant, you may request a return in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method, unless another method is agreed upon at no additional cost to you.

For eligible cancellations or returns, refunds will be processed without undue delay and within the legally applicable period. We may wait until the returned item has been received or until you provide proof that it has been shipped, where permitted by law.

Original standard shipping costs will be refunded where required by applicable law. Additional costs resulting from choosing an express or more expensive delivery option will not be refunded.

International returns

This policy applies to customers worldwide. However, consumer rights may vary depending on the country where the order is delivered. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable local law.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges related to returning an item will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the return instructions provided by us.
